If your senior loved one is about to undergo surgery or will be discharged from the hospital following treatment, they may require rehabilitation that skilled nursing care. 	Wound & dressing care
	Disease treatment and education
	Medication administration (including injections)
	IV management
	Catheter, tube, drain, and bag management
